About Ibis Builders
Ibis Builders was founded in June of 1996 by Mark Shipe. As a graduate of Colorado State University’s Construction Management Program, Mark has worked as a construction estimator, superintendent, inspector and project manager. Prior to earning a Bachelor of Science at CSU Fort Collins, Colorado in 1988 he worked for 16 years in the field as a finish carpenter, framer and cabinet maker. His combined experience in the field and in management is reflected in his expertise and commitment to producing a quality project within budget and on schedule.
